JNet VPN App Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Overview
JNet is an iOS VPN management app. It helps users configure and run a VPN tunnel on their own device through Apple's NetworkExtension framework and a sing-box based tunnel core.
Data Stored on Device
JNet stores VPN profiles, subscription configuration, routing rules, DNS settings, tunnel settings, and optional diagnostic logs on the user's device or in the app's private shared container used by the app and its network extension.
Network Traffic
When the VPN is enabled, iOS routes matching network traffic through the configured VPN tunnel. JNet does not operate a central VPN service for collecting user traffic. Traffic handling depends on the servers and subscriptions configured by the user.
Diagnostics
JNet can show tunnel lifecycle logs, sing-box logs, and connection monitor information to help troubleshoot VPN problems. Logging is user-controlled and can be disabled in the app settings.
Third-Party Services
Users may add third-party subscriptions or proxy servers. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate privacy practices.
